Excellence in ultra-thin solutions.
Every high-performing machine relies on layers you rarely see: a seal that keeps particles out, a bond that never lets go, a film that protects a surface until the exact moment it shouldn't. At Maan Special Products, this is what we do. We design and manufacture ultra-thin, precision-engineered adhesive films and laminates for the world's most demanding high-tech environments, and we are unique in doing so simultaneously across the semiconductor, medical and optical industries.
What makes our work possible is a simple discipline: we start from the finished function a customer needs, not from a catalogue of standard products. Whether that function is a seal, a bond, a protective layer or an alignment reference, we engineer the laminate around it, down to a single micron. That approach has made us a single-source partner for function-critical solutions, a specialist in ultra-thin laminates with controlled adhesion, and a master of customization that stays repeatable at scale, from a handful of prototypes to volume series.
Behind every delivery is the same in-house discipline: adhesive films engineered from scratch rather than sourced off the shelf, converted with laser cutting, kiss cutting, die cutting and multi-layer techniques that hold complex contours to within a micron, and produced in cleanrooms rated up to ISO class 5. That combination, chemistry, conversion and cleanroom under one roof, is what lets us take on problems that a standard laminate supplier would have to turn away.
It also means we rarely start from a finished product. Most projects begin as a conversation about a problem: a seal that needs to survive years of continuous ultra-pure water exposure, a bond that must function electrically and optically, a coating that needs to define a surface from water-repellent to water-loving. From there, our engineers translate that problem into a laminate architecture, test it, and scale it into series production alongside your team.
